Terms of service

What you can expect from Oraicle, and what we expect from you. Plain words, and every number on this page is the number the product itself charges or enforces.

Who you are dealing with

Oraicle is run by ML Global Limited, registered in Hong Kong under business registration number 60643987, with its registered office at Room 803B, 8/F., West Coast International Building, 290-296 Un Chau Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The same company is named on every invoice. An invoice carries no tax line: the issuer is registered in Hong Kong, which levies no VAT or sales tax on this supply.

The agreement

Using Oraicle means you accept these terms and the acceptable-use policy. If you do not, close the account: there is a Close account button in the console. Models and live data carry no subscription, so an account that is not used costs nothing.

Your account

  • One account per inbox. Logging in folds addresses that reach the same inbox into one account: capitals and spaces anywhere, a plus-tag at the large mail providers, and dots at Gmail. An alias is the account itself, so closing the alias closes the account.
  • Your password and your API keys are yours to keep safe. Write to security@oraicle.me if you think either has been seen by someone else.
  • You can close the account yourself, in the console under Security. Any balance left is lost and is not paid back. Your keys stop working at once, and so does anything using them. Saved agents are deleted. Payment and usage records stay, without your name, because accounting needs them. You can sign up again later with the same address and start with a new, empty account, unless the address was closed for abuse (the acceptable-use policy says when).

API keys

  • A call made with your key is billed to your wallet, whoever made it. A key is shown once, when you make it, and never again. You can hold up to 25 keys of your own.
  • You can revoke a key in the console, and it stops working at once. The account's other keys keep working.
  • A spend limit on a key is soft. A request that starts under the limit can end slightly over it.

The wallet

The wallet is prepaid and in US dollars. You top it up, and what you use is taken from the balance: models per token, live data per successful request, hosting per plan. Unused balance stays yours; nothing expires on a clock.

  • Topping up. From $10 by PayPal or $1 by USDT on TRC-20. The fee is shown before you pay: 7% plus $0.49 on PayPal, 1% on USDT. What lands in the wallet is the payment minus that fee, and the invoice shows the amount paid, the fee and the amount credited.
  • Prices. The billing table is refreshed every day from our provider's live prices. The board and the bill read that same table, so the price you see is the price charged. A live-data lookup is charged only when it returns data.
  • Credit we grant is not money. A new account starts with $0.25 of credit. Referral rewards are credit too. All of it is credit to spend on Oraicle: it is never paid out, and it is not refunded.
  • Refunds. Write to billing@oraicle.me and say which top-up. A person decides each request. What we can return is at most what that top-up put in your wallet, never more than the wallet still holds, and never for credit we granted rather than money you paid.

Referrals

You earn a share of what your friend spends once they have topped up $10 in total. The share is 20% of what they spend, for 12 months from the day they join, up to $25 for each friend. It is paid as credit. An account can be invited once, and never by itself.

What each service is today

  • Models and live data are live, paid per token and per successful request from the wallet.
  • Hosting is open, on the plans below, paid from the wallet.
  • Agents are open, each run paid from the wallet like a chat turn.
  • Email is planned, and there is nothing to use yet.

These terms cover each of them as you use it. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell what is not open.

Hosting plans

A site is on one of four plans: Free at $0, Start at $3, Business at $10 and Pro at $15, each charged every 30 days from the wallet. The rules for what a site may hold, and what happens to one that breaks them, are in the acceptable-use policy. The money rules are these.

  • One free site per account, and it carries our "Hosted with Oraicle" badge on each page. On the Free plan, the badge must stay visible. Hiding, covering or removing it breaks these terms.
  • A paid plan is charged when the site first goes live, for its first 30 days, and then every 30 days. A site that never goes live is not charged.
  • Traffic is fair use, with a traffic ceiling for each plan. Past it, a site keeps serving for 24 hours and is then stopped, unless you switched on Extra bandwidth: then the traffic past the ceiling is charged at $0.05 per GB.
  • A renewal the wallet cannot pay does not end the site at once: it keeps serving for 7 days, then it is stopped, and a top-up renews it. After 30 days stopped, the site is deleted and its plan closed.
  • Deleting a site stops its charges. The days already paid for are not given back.
  • A takedown moves no money by itself. The plan runs until it is cancelled, and a refund is a separate decision.

Agents

  • An agent is a job you save once. Each run is paid from your wallet like a chat turn, whether you start it, a schedule does, or a visitor to its page does. You can save up to 20.
  • Every agent has a daily cap: $1 a day unless you set another, from $0.01 to $20. Once it is reached, the agent does not run again that day.
  • A published page is yours. It is served on its own address, our template with your title and greeting inserted as text. You answer for what it says and does, and it counts as one of your sites. You can take it back at any time.
  • A run you start from the console or a schedule is kept 30 days. What visitors ask an agent's page is not kept.

Availability

We do not promise a level of availability, and we publish no figure for it, because we do not measure one. Models and live data reach services we do not run, and when one of those is down that part of Oraicle is down with it. Your balance is credit to spend, not a promise about availability.

Your content, and ours

  • What you send to a model is yours, and we train nothing on it. We keep no prompts and no answers from a plain API call. Two things are kept so you can come back to them: an image you ask for is kept 7 days, and an agent run you start from the console or a schedule is kept 30 days. The privacy page lists what is kept and for how long.
  • Files you publish through hosting stay yours. Publishing them allows us to store them and serve them to visitors, which is the whole service. Nothing in your repository is built or run on our machines: the files are served as they are.
  • You answer for what you publish and for what you send. Only publish what you have the right to.
  • Our site, our code, our docs and the name Oraicle stay ours.

Ending it

  • You can close your account at any time, in the console.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable-use policy, and take a published site down.
  • A hosting plan that is not paid is handled as the hosting section says: 7 days of serving, then stopped, then deleted after 30 days stopped.

When something goes wrong

We are responsible for running the service described here. We are not responsible for what you build with it, for what a site published with us contains, or for what a model answers: a model can be confidently wrong, so check anything that matters before you act on it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Age, and the law that applies

  • You must be 18 or older to use Oraicle.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. A dispute is heard by the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page, and it is the one that applies from then on.

Writing to us

  • Money, invoices and refunds: billing@oraicle.me.
  • A site published with us: the report form, which needs no account, or abuse@oraicle.me.
  • Something wrong with security: security@oraicle.me.

The other two pages

The acceptable-use policy says what may not be done with Oraicle and what happens when a site breaks it. Privacy says what we keep, and for how long.
